摘  要:文章详细介绍了微乳液表活剂这种新型的表活剂体系,调研了北美几个已经商业化的微乳液表活剂产品,总结实验室测试的结果和几个区块的现场案例,展现微乳液表活剂比常规表活剂在降低压裂液滤失,增加压裂液返排,提高岩芯渗透率,以及提高油气产量等方面具备的优势。文章旨在通过提供北美当前表活剂新技术的概述与分析,促进对表活剂新技术的研发。This article introduces in detail a new type of surfactant system called microemulsion surfactant,investigates several products of microemulsion surfactants commercially available in North America,summarizes the results of laboratory tests and field trials in several oil blocks,and shows the advantages of microemulsion surfactants over conventional surfactants on reducing leak-off of fracturing fluid,enhancing the flowback of fracturing fluid,increasing the permeability of formation,improving the production of oil and gas,and so on.The purpose of this article is to promote the development of new surfactant technologies by providing an overview and analysis of the new surfactant technologies in North America.
