摘　　要：目的探讨三级医院男护士职业认同现况并分析其影响因素,为提出相应对策提供依据。方法采用自行设计的一般资料问卷和护士职业认同评定量表对湖北省三级综合性医院的251名男护士进行职业认同现状调查。结果251名男护士职业认同总分为(106.33±17.13)分,职业认同高、中等、偏低、低的护士分别占17.93%、63.75%、17.53%和0.80%;其中职业认知评价维度的条目均分最高,职业自我反思维度的条目均分最低,多元逐步线性回归分析结果显示,工作年限、护士长关心程度和其他领导关心程度是男护士职业认同的影响因素(F=17.098,P<0.01)。结论男护士的职业认同处于中等水平,呼吁护士长、护理管理者及社会大众对男护士团队的重视和支持,进而提高男护士职业认同感。Objective To explore the status of professional identity of male nurses in tertiary hospitals,and analyze its influencing factors to provide the basis for putting forward the corresponding countermeasures.Methods A total of 251 male nurses in tertiary hospitals of Hubei province was investigated and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results The total scores of professional identity of 251 male nurses were(106.33±17.13),male nurses with high,medium,low and lower professional identity accounted for 17.93%,63.75%,17.53%and 0.80%,respectively.The items on the dimension of vocational cognitive evaluation had the highest average scores,while those on the dimension of vocational self-reflection had the lowest average scores.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that working years,head nurseand other leaders'care were the influencing factors of professional identity of male nurses(F=17.098,P<0.01).Conclusion The professional identity of male nurses is at medium level.The attention and support from head nurses,nursing managers and the public should be taken to male nurses'team,to improve the professional identity of male nurses.
