男护士自尊和职业认同对其护士职业生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的了解男护士职业生活质量现状,分析其影响因素,为提高男护士职业生活质量提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、护士职业生活质量量表、自尊量表、护士职业认同评定量表,对浙江省8所医院292名在职男护士进行调查。结果男护士的护士职业生活质量总均分为(3.66±0.73)分;自尊总均分为(2.84±0.61)分;职业认同总均分为(3.80±0.75)分;男护士的护士职业生活质量与自尊、职业认同呈正相关(P<0.01);男护士的值夜班情况、对护理工作的喜欢程度、自尊和职业认同水平是其护士职业生活质量的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论男护士的护士职业生活质量处于中等偏上水平,自尊与职业认同水平对护士职业生活质量有正向促进作用,护理管理者应采取针对性措施提高男护士的自尊及职业认同水平,改善护士职业生活质量。Objective To understand the status quo of male nurses'professional life quality and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving male nurses'professional life quality.Methods A total of 292 male nurses in 8 hospitals of Zhejiang province were investigated by general data questionnaire,nurses'occupational quality of life scale,self-esteem scale and occupational identity scale.Results The total average score of professional life quality of male nurses was(3.66±0.73).The total average score of self-esteem was(2.84±0.61).The total average score of professional identity was(3.80±0.75).The professional life quality of male nurses was positively correlated with self-esteem and professional identity scores(P<0.01).Night duty,liking degree of nursing work,self-esteem and professional identity of male nurses were the main influencing factors of nurses'professional life quality(P<0.01).Conclusion The professional life quality of male nurses is in the middle level,and self-esteem and professional identity level have a positive effect on the professional life quality of nurses.Nursing managers should take targeted measures to improve the self-esteem and professional identity level of male nurses and improve the professional life quality of nurses.
