摘 要:随着卫星互联网日益活跃,各国均在加速构建卫星互联网星座以解决通信覆盖全球问题。我国先后提出了“鸿雁星座”和“虹云工程”等重大卫星互联网星座计划,需每年发射上百颗卫星才能在规定时间内完成卫星组网,然而传统的卫星制造方式不能满足年产上百颗卫星的要求。文章针对满足年产上百颗卫星推进系统研制问题进行了研究,首先对国内网卫星互联网发展及制造现状进行了综述;其次对卫星推进系统及其研制工艺进行了详细介绍;然后提出了基于智能AGV系统的卫星推进系统批量化研制策略,并对研制模式进行了详细规划。通过本文基于智能AGV系统的卫星推进系统批量化研制研究,为卫星互联网星座其它分系统批量化研制提供了思路。With the increasing activity of satellite Internet,countries are accelerating the construction of satellite Internet constellations to solve the global problem of communication coverage.China has successively proposed major satellite Internet constellation plans such as"Hongyan Constellation"and"Hongyun Project".It needs to launch hundreds of satellites each year to complete satellite networking within a specified time.However,traditional satellite manufacturing methods cannot meet the annual output of hundreds requirement of a satellite.This paper studies the research and development of meeting hundreds of satellite propulsion systems with an annual output.First,it reviews the development and manufacturing status of satellite internet in the domestic network.Second,it introduces the satellite propulsion system and its development process in detail.Then put forward the mass development strategy of satellite propulsion system based on intelligent AGV system,and made a detailed plan for the development model.Through the research and development of mass propulsion of satellite propulsion system based on intelligent AGV system in this paper,it provides ideas for the mass development of other satellite satellite constellation systems.
