摘　　要：在现代医院管理制度下,通过构建由考评指标体系、医德医风档案管理平台、全员医德医风数据库构成的医院医德医风智慧考评体系,有效实施了医院医德医风的评价活动和强化了结果的应用,充分发挥了医德医风"指挥棒"的作用和坚持公立医院公益性,使员工对系统认可度得到显著提升、医务人员行为导向得到正向激励、改善患者体验取得实际成效。Under the modern hospital management system,by building the evaluation index system,medical ethics archives management platform,the intelligence medical ethics appraisal system of the hospital constituted by entire medical ethics database,the evaluation activity of the hospital ethics is effectively implemented and the application of the results is strengthened.The medical ethic guidance function and public hospital welfare is given full play to make employees’satisfaction on the system recognition increase significantly,medical personnel behavior have positive motivation,and improve patient experience to obtain actual effect.
