摘　　要：目的基于卓越绩效理论,借鉴其管理要素,结合医德医风测评体系与医德医风建设工作的要点,研制医德医风考评体系的评估工具。方法利用上海市某三甲综合医院的有效员工调查数据,研究设计了医德医风考评体系测评量表。结果医德医风考评体系测评量表由重视程度、沟通与反馈、人力资源、监督管理、测量与分析、结果共6个因子组成,经检验量表具有良好的信效度。结论医德医风考评体系测评量表为医院管理者医德医风考评体系的评估提供了工具参考。Objective Based on the excellent performance theory,and in view of the features of its management elements,to research the evaluation tool of medical ethics.Methods Through using the valid survey data from Shanghai A Tertiary General Hospital,developing an assessment tool for measuring the evaluation system of medical ethics.Results The assessment tool comprised six dimensions,including attention degree,communication and feedback,human resources,supervision,measurement and analysis and results.This tool was proved to be reliable and valid.Conclusion The scale of ethic examination and evaluation system is an adequate tool to assess the evaluation system of medical ethics for hospital administrators.
