摘 要:目的探讨不同类型员工对数字化医德医风测评体系对自身行为影响的评价,以期发现其中存在的问题,便于为测评系统更好地发挥作用提供参考意见与建议。方法基于计划行为理论,自行设计相关问卷,在兼顾科室与各类人员分布的情况下,对医院员工按15%的比例进行随机抽样调查,对回收的数据主要运用描述分析、秩和检验、χ~2检验、多元线性回归等统计方法进行分析。结果控制其他社会人口学变量后,除了信念强度外,行为结果评估、主观规范和知觉行为控制均与行为意向有显著正相关,而且主观规范、知觉行为控制与行为结果评估相比,前两者对行为意向的影响更高。结论测评体系对员工医德医风行为有引导与激励作用。Objective To explore the evaluation of different types of employees in Shanghai A Hospital on the impact of the digital medical ethics assessment system on their own behavior,and to find out the existing problems,so as to provide reference opinions and suggestions for the evaluation system to play a better role.Methods Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB),relevant questionnaires was designed.Through taking the distribution of departments and various personnel into account,they were designed and random sampling surveys were conducted on hospital employees at a rate of 15%.The collected data were mainly analyzed by statistical methods,such as descriptive analysis,rank sum test,chi-square test,and multiple linear regression.Results After controlling other sociodemographic variables,in addition to belief intensity,behavioral outcome assessment,subjective norms and perceptual behavior control are significantly positively correlated with behavioral intentions.The influence of behavioral intention is higher.Conclusion The evaluation system can guide and motivate employees’medical ethics.
