摘  要:目的探究上海市某综合医院员工对数字化医德医风测评体系实施状况的评价情况,并希望发现其中存在的问题,便于为测评系统更好发挥作用提供参考意见与建议。方法基于卓越绩效模式理论,自行设计相关问卷,在兼顾科室与各类人员分布的情况下,对医院员工按15%的比例进行随机抽样调查,对回收的数据主要运用描述分析、秩和检验、χ~2检验、多元线性回归等统计方法进行分析。结果员工对医德医风测评体系各维度的评价整体较高,尤其是"重视程度"和"结果"维度。不同类型的员工评价中,除"人力资源"维度外,其余维度中,对工作总体满意度为"满意""非常满意"的员工评价显著高于选择"一般及以下"分组的员工。其余维度中也有少数分组的员工评价有显著差异。结论医院应该重视"沟通反馈""人力资源"维度的员工评价,而且还应该重视不同岗位与不同科室员工对医德医风测评体系的评价结果。Objective To explore the evaluation of the implementation status of the digital medical ethics assessment system by the employees of Shanghai A Hospital,to find the existing problems in order to provide reference opinions and suggestions for the better performance of the evaluation system.Methods Based on the theory of excellent performance model,relevant questionnaires were designed and random sampling surveys were conducted on hospital employees at a rate of 15%,through taking into account the distribution of departments and various personnel.The collected data were mainly analyzed by statistical methods,such as descriptive analysis,rank sum test,chisquare test and multiple linear regression.Results The employees’evaluation of all dimensions of the medical ethics assessment system is relatively high,especially the dimensions of"emphasis"and"result".In the evaluation of different types of employees,in addition to the"human resources"dimension,in other dimensions,the evaluation of employees whose overall job satisfaction is"satisfactory"and"very satisfied"is significantly higher than that of employees who choose the"general and below"group.In the remaining dimensions,there are also a few groups of employees whose evaluations are significantly different.Conclusion The hospital should pay attention to the evaluation of employees in the dimensions of"communication feedback"and"human resources";it should also pay attention to the evaluation results of the medical ethics assessment system of employees in different positions and different departments.
