摘 要:目的了解医院管理者对医疗服务信息披露制度的认知判断。方法采用方便抽样和链式(滚雪球)抽样,基于透镜模型对从事医疗信息披露的相关管理者进行情景问卷调查。结果医院管理者接受度最高的医疗服务信息披露制度框架为:以卫生健康行政部门为披露主体,易于理解的披露形式,较少的披露内容,不设置惩罚机制。结论政府应当通过多种渠道提高医院管理者对医疗服务信息披露的认知水平,从需求出发,分阶段、逐步推进披露内容,不断完善披露形式和配套机制,切实提升医方披露动力。Objective To understand the cognition and judgment of hospital managers on medical service information disclosure system.Methods Using convenience sampling and chain(snowball)sampling,a situational questionnaire survey was conducted among managers engaged in medical information disclosure based on lens model.Results The framework of medical service information disclosure system with the highest acceptance of hospital managers was as follows:taking the health administrative department as the main body of disclosure,easy form of disclosure to understand,less content of disclosure,and no punishment mechanism.Conclusion The government should improve the cognition level of hospital managers to the disclosure of medical service information through various channels,proceed from the demand,promote the disclosure content step by step,constantly improve the form of disclosure and supporting mechanism,and effectively enhance the hospital manages motivation of disclosure.
