中部地区小城镇空间规划思考——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：构建大中小城市和小城镇协调发展的城镇格局是新型城镇化时代的重要内容。过去,中部地区小城镇发展基础落后,在新时期小城镇空间发展面临新机遇。湖南省小城镇空间格局呈现等级规模格局明显、沿交通干线空间集聚性强、特色小城镇分布集中、生态空间格局分明四大特征。结合国土空间规划新要求,应从优化区域小城镇规模等级空间格局、分层引导特色产业空间、双重目标导向生态空间等方面,对湖南省小城镇空间规划格局体系优化。It is an important content of the new urbanization era to construct the urban pattern of coordinated development between large-medium-small cities and small towns.The development foundation of small towns in the central region is historically backward,and small towns face new opportunities in spatial development.The spatial pattern of small towns in Hunan Province presents four characteristics:obvious hierarchical scale pattern,strong spatial clustering along traffic trunk lines,concentrated distribution of characteristic small towns,and clear ecological spatial pattern.In combination with the new requirements of territorial spatial planning,the spatial planning system of small towns in Hunan Province should be optimized from three aspects,including optimizing the spatial pattern of regional small towns'scale,guiding the characteristic industry space in different layers and guiding the ecological space with dual objectives.
