摘　　要：目的总结我院临床药师参与会诊病例的特点,以提高我院会诊质量。方法回顾性分析我院临床药师2019年1月至12月参与会诊的238例会诊记录,分析患儿基本信息、会诊情况及典型病例。结果会诊原因以参与抗感染方案调整为主的有197例(82.77%),其次为用药剂量调整16例(6.72%);会诊意见被临床全部采纳102例(42.86%),部分被采纳84例(35.29%),病例治疗有效率为81.72%。结论临床药师积极参与临床治疗方案的制定,可促进药物的合理使用,保证患儿用药安全。Objective To summarize the characteristics of clinical pharmacists participating in consultation in order to improve the quality of consultation in our hospital.Methods A total of 238 cases recorded consultation in our hospital clinical pharmacists involved consultation from January to December 2019 was analyzed retrospectively,and the basic information,consultation situation and typical cases of children were analyzed.Results The main reason for the consultation was to participate in the adjustment of the anti-infective program,with 197 cases(82.77%),followed by the dosage adjustment in 16 cases(6.72%);all the consultation opinions were accepted clinically in 102 cases(42.86%),and some were accepted in 84 cases(35.29%).The effective rate of treatment was 81.72%.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists actively participate in the formulation of clinical treatment plans,which can promote the rational use of drugs and ensure the safety of medication for children.
