摘　　要：目的探讨硅凝胶假体联合自体脂肪隆胸术对患者乳房外形改善、维持效果的影响。方法回顾性选取2018年1月至2019年1月于我院行隆胸术的患者100例,依据手术方法将其分为单独组(50例,单独硅凝胶假体隆胸术)和联合组(50例,硅凝胶假体联合自体脂肪隆胸术)。分析两组临床疗效。结果联合组手术时间长于单独组,术中出血量少于单独组,住院时间短于单独组(P<0.05)。联合组优良率显著高于单独组(P<0.05)。联合组术后并发症总发生率显著低于单独组(P<0.05)。联合组满意度显著高于单独组(P<0.05)。结论硅凝胶假体联合自体脂肪隆胸术对患者乳房外形改善、维持效果较单独硅凝胶假体隆胸术好。Objective To explore the influences of silicone gel prosthesis combined with autologous fat augmentation mammoplasty on improving and maintaining effect of patients'breast shape.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing augmentation mammoplasty from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital were retrospective selected.The patients were divided into single group(50 cases,single silicone gel prosthesis augmentation mammoplasty)and combined group(50 cases,silicone gel prosthesis combined with autologous fat augmentation mammoplasty)according to operative method.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The operation time of the combined group was longer than that of the single group,intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the single group,and hospitalization time was shorter than that of the single group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the single group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the single group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion Silicone gel prosthesis combined with autologous fat augmentation mammoplasty has better effect on improving and maintaining effect of patients'breast shape than single silicone gel prosthesis augmentation mammoplasty.
