摘 要:目的比较磁共振成像(MRI)和电子计算机断层扫描(CT)对脑出血患者的诊断效果。方法选择2019年4月至2020年4月我院收治的120例疑似脑出血患者为研究对象,分别采用MRI与CT进行诊断,比较两种诊断方式的病灶部位检出情况、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、灵敏度、特异度、约登指数。结果 MRI对病灶部位的总检出率高于CT(P<0.05)。MRI的阴性预测值、灵敏度、特异度、约登指数均高于CT(P<0.05)。结论 MRI与CT在诊断脑出血中各有优势,MRI较CT诊断符合率相对较高,但CT价格经济实惠,受到患者的青睐,对于急诊患者应首先选用CT检查,在出现诊断困难时,可使用MRI,有利于提高诊断的符合率。Objective To compare the diagnosis effects of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and computed tomography(CT)in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 120 patients with suspected cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were diagnosed by MRI and CT respectively.The detection of the lesion site,the positive prediction value,the negative prediction value,sensitivity,specificity and Youden index of the two diagnostic methods were compared.Results The total detection rate of the lesion site by MRI was higher than that by CT(P<0.05).The negative prediction value,sensitivity,specificity and Yoden index of MRI were higher than those of CT(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI and CT have own advantages in the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage.MRI has a relatively higher diagnosis rate than CT,but CT is economical and affordable,it is favored by patients.For emergency department,CT examination should be selected first,and MRI is used when diagnosis is difficult,which is conducive to the improvement of diagnosis coincidence rate.
