中药熏洗联合穴位按摩治疗跟痛症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏洗联合穴位按摩治疗跟痛症的临床效果。方法选择我院2017年3月至2018年12月收治的86例跟痛症患者作为研究对象,按照门诊治疗时间将其分为观察组(43例,中药熏洗+穴位按摩)和对照组(43例,醋酸强的松龙+利多卡因封闭治疗)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后12个月,两组的踝-后足功能评分均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3周,两组的VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药熏洗联合穴位按摩治疗与西药局部封闭治疗在跟痛症治疗中均可取得较好的临床效果,但中药熏洗联合穴位按摩的远期踝-后足功能恢复效果更佳。Objective To explore the clinical effect of herbal fumigation combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of heel pain.Methods A total of 86 patients with heel pain admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into observation group(43 cases,herbal fumigation+acupoint massage)and control group(43 cases,prednisolone acetate+lidocaine blocking therapy)according to the outpatient treatment time.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Twelve months after treatment,the ankle hindfoot function score of the two groups increased,and that in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Three weeks after treatment,VAS scores of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Herbal fumigation combined with acupoint massage and western medicine local blocking therapy can achieve good clinical effect in the treatment of heel pain,but the long-term recovery effect of herbal fumigation combined with acupoint massage is better.
