基于互联网+自我管理为导向的5A护理在2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于互联网+自我管理为导向的5A护理在2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月收治的140例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各70例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用互联网+自我管理为导向的5A护理。比较两组护理前、后的血糖、血脂指标及自我管理能力。结果护理后,观察组的FBG、2 h PBG、HbA1c水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的LDL-C水平明显低于对照组,HDL-C水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组CDSES、ESCA评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网+自我管理为导向的5A护理在2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者中的应用效果显著,可有效改善血糖、血脂指标,提高患者自我管理能力。Objective To explore the application effect of 5A nursing based on Internet+self-management in patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 140 patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease admitted from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected ad study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was given 5A nursing based on Internet+self-management on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose,blood lipid indexes and self-management ability were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the levels of FBG,2 h PBG and HbA1c in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the LDL-C level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the HDL-C level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of CDSES and ESCA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The 5A nursing based on Internet+self-management in patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease has a significant application effect,which can effectively improve blood sugar,blood lipid indexes and self-management ability.
