摘　　要：目的分析医疗机器人在发热隔离门诊中的应用情况。方法通过文献研究和专家访谈,分析医疗机器人在发热隔离门诊各环节的场景应用。结果医疗机器人在发热隔离门诊的预检分诊、诊间诊疗(包括遥控问诊和视诊、生命体征监测、心肺功能听诊、实验室检查和影像学检查)、物品运送和诊间消毒等环节具备广泛的场景适用性。结论医疗机器人市场前景广阔,门诊应用方面仍有待拓展。应借助政策扶持东风,注重专利布局和技术壁垒突破,并采取强调人机交互共融、灵巧、精细化的医疗机器人发展策略。Objective To analyze the application of medical robots in fever isolation clinic.Methods Through literature studies and expert interviews,the application scenarios involving various aspects of the application of medical robots in fever isolation clinic were analyzed.Results Medical robots had extensive applicability to pre-check triage,in-room diagnosis and treatment(including remote interrogation and visual examination,vital sign monitoring,cardiopulmonary function auscultation,laboratory examination and imaging examination),goods transportation and in-room disinfection,and other scenarios of fever isolation clinic.Conclusion Medical robots have broad market prospects,and their application to outpatient clinic is still to be expanded.It is necessary to draw support from policy favors,pay attention to both patent layouts and breaking of technical barriers,and adopt a development strategy for medical robots that stresses humancomputer interaction and integration,dexterity and refinement.
