摘　　要：分析现行传染病报告管理系统的现况,针对存在的问题,建设“上海模式”的基于电子病历直推的传染病报告管理系统,打破原有报告管理模式,实现区域信息平台数据共享。新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的发生使传染病风险早期预警的需求凸显,给传染病监测报告系统带来新的思考方向。Based on the analyses for both the current status of prevailing report and management systems for infectious diseases and the existing problems,a“Shanghai Model”of report and management systems for infectious diseases is proposed based on directly-sent electronic medical records,which breaks the existing model of report and management systems and achieves data sharing on regional information platforms.The outbreak of the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic has rendered the demand of early warnings for risks of infectious diseases salient,and offered a new perspective regarding the monitoring and reporting system for infectious diseases.
