摘 要:针对某铅锌矿山环境综合治理,从采矿废弃矿物中回收有价成分,研究采用粗磨—粗粒浮选—无抑制剂的低能耗低药耗的铅锌浮选工艺。综合利用效果较好,闭路试验指标:铅精矿含铅50.22%、含锌4.63%;锌精矿含铅1.34%、含锌50.13%,铅、锌的回收率分别为72.27%、87.09%,废渣尾矿作为建材销售,获得较好的社会与经济效益。In view of the comprehensive environmental treatment of a lead-zinc mine,valuable components are recovered from mining waste minerals.The lead-zinc flotation process with low energy consumption and low drug consumption is studied by using coarse grinding coarse particle flotation without inhibitor.The comprehensive utilization effect is good.The closed-circuit test indexes are as follows:lead concentrate contains 50.22%lead,and 4.63%zinc;zinc concentrate contains 1.34%lead and 50.13%zinc;the recovery rates of lead and zinc are 72.27%and 87.09%respectively.The waste residue tailings are sold as building materials,and good social and economic benefits are obtained.
