摘　　要：复方扶芳藤合剂目前已进行有效成分、心血管系统、免疫系统、认知障碍、亚急性衰老、性功能影响、Notch信号通路激活的研究,广泛运用于临床多种疾病,均有显著疗效,且具有无毒、安全性高的优势,在中西医结合治疗和纯中医治疗中起到不可或缺的作用,具有很高的再次开发价值和临床应用前景。文章从历史沿革、组方配伍及方义分析、实验研究、临床应用四个方面系统阐述,以期为作用机制的深入挖掘和临床探索提供相关理论依据和文献参考。At present,the experimental studies on compound Fufangteng mixture have been carried out,such as effective components,cardiovascular effect,immune system related research,subacute aging related model mice,sexual functions research and Notch signal pathway upregulated research.The mixture has been widely used in clinical diseases,which has significant effect and advantages of nontoxic and high security.It plays an indispensable role in the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and pure traditional Chinese medicine.It has high re-development value and clinical application prospect.The artical systematically elaborated from four aspects of history,compatibility and meaning analysis,experimental research and clinical application,with a view to providing relevant theoretical basis and literature reference for the in-depth excavation and clinical exploration of the mechanism of action.
