摘 要:目的:通过本研究了解影响医护人员身心健康状况,发现其影响因素,为提高医护人员身心健康提供依据。方法:对广西某公立医院不同年龄、不同性别、不同职称的医护人员通过问卷调查的方式进行调查。结果:39.22%医护人员存在焦虑症状。对医院的管理、工作本身、工作环境、人际沟通与工作压力、工资待遇与考核、个人发展等因素的不满意是医护人员焦虑的危险因素;结论:影响医护人员身心健康的因素是多重的,健全医院管理、改善工作环境、加强人际关系、减轻工作压力、提高医护人员的工资待遇、改善医院绩效考核制度和促进医护人员的个人发展等措施,可以有效地改善医护人员的身心健康状况。Objective:Through this study to understand the physical and mental health status of medical staff,to find out the influencing factors,and to provide basis for improving the physical and mental health of medical staff.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among medical staff of different ages,genders and professional titles in a hospital.Results:39.22%f medical staff had symptoms of anxiety.Dissatisfaction with hospital management,work itself,working environment,interpersonal communication and work pressure,salary and salary assessment,personal development and other factors are risk factors for medical staff anxiety.Conclusion:Factors affecting the mental and physical health of the medical staff is multiple,improve the hospital management,improve the working environment,strengthen interpersonal relationships,reduce the work pressure,improve the salary of medical staff,improvethe hospital performance appraisal system and promote the personal development of medical personnel and other measures,can effectively improve the physical and mental health of medical staff.
