摘　　要：跟腱末端病(Achilles tendinopathy)是指跟腱等附着在骨上的末端区发生的劳损性变性疾患。引起跟腱部疼痛的主要原因为跟腱止点周围慢性炎症,病理改变包括滑膜增生、骨赘增生、跟腱变性等。临床表现主要为跟腱区相应的肿胀、疼痛、跛行和足背伸受限。该疾病是临床上较常见、多发、防治较困难的一种疾病。文章从中医内服、中医外治、针灸、推拿、小针刀等方面,对跟腱末端病的中医治疗的相关研究进展进行系统的阐述。Achilles tendinopathy is a kind of degenerative disease that occurs in the terminal region of Achilles tendon attached to bone.The main cause of Achilles tendon pain is chronic inflammation around Achilles tendon insertion point.Pathological changes include synovial hyperplasia,osteophyte hyperplasia,Achilles tendon degeneration,etc.The main clinical manifestations were swelling,pain,claudication and limited dorsiflexion.The disease is a common,multiple and difficult disease in clinic.This paper systematically expounds the research progress of TCM treatment of Achilles tendon end disease from the aspects of TCM oral administration,TCM external treatment,acupuncture,massage,small needle knife and so on.
