莫沙必利联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察与研究莫沙必利联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法随机选取该院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的功能性消化不良患者80例的临床资料。根据患者入院的先后,将其划分为对照组(入院在前的40例)和观察组(入院在后的40例)。其中,对照组采取单纯的莫沙必利进行治疗,观察组采取莫沙必利联合黛力新进行治疗。对两组患者的临床症状改善时间、治疗总有效率进行指标进行统计,且评估患者治疗后的胃动力学指标。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.50%高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.889,P<0.05);观察组患者的腹胀消失时间、上腹不适消失时间、嗳气消失时间相较于对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(t=4.381、4.586、4.574,P<0.05)。在治疗后,观察组患者的胃动力学指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=19.489、80.524、17.518,P<0.05)。结论功能性消化不良运用莫沙必利联合黛力新治疗的临床效果显著,能够快速改善患者的临床症状,改善其胃动力学指标。Objective To observe and study the efficacy of mosapride combined with Deanxit in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were ramdomly selected.According to the order in which patients were admitted to the hospital,they were divided into the control group(40 cases before admission)and the observation group(40 cases after admission).Among them,the control group was treated with mosapride alone,and the observation group was treated with mosapride combined with Deanxit.The clinical symptoms improvement time and the total effective rate of the two groups of patients were counted,and the gastric kinetic indexes after the treatment were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than the control group’s 82.50%,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=10.889,P<0.05);the disappearance time of abdominal distension,epigastric discomfort disappearance time,belching disappearance time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.381,4.586,4.574,P<0.05).After treatment,the gastric kinetic indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.489,80.524,17.518,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of mosapride combined with Deanxit in the treatment of functional dyspepsia is significant.It can quickly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their gastric kinetic indexes..
