HPV、TCT联合阴道镜下宫颈活检在宫颈癌前病变中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的观察在宫颈癌前病变的临床检查当中,HPV-DNA分型、TCT与阴道镜下宫颈活检联合应用的实际情况。方法方便选择该院2015年1月—2019年5月门诊就诊的450例接受宫颈癌前病变检查的女性为研究对象,让其在门诊接受HPV-DNA分型、TCT筛查,阳性对象接受阴道镜下宫颈活检联合检查,对其诊断筛查情况进行分析。结果在所有接受检查的对象中,56例对象出现HPV阳性的情况,HPV16型9例,HPV18型3例,其他高危型有26例,低危型感染为18例。结论针对宫颈癌前病变的临床检查,让接受检查对象接受HPV-DNA分型、TCT后再行阴道镜下宫颈活检的情况较好,该方法值得应用。Objective To observe the actual situation of combined application of HPV-DNA typing,TCT and colposcopy cervical biopsy in the clinical examination of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods 450 cases of women who received cervical precancerous lesion examinations from January 2015 to May 2019 in the hospital were convenient selected as the research subjects,and their outpatient clinics received HPV-DNA typing and TCT screening,and positive subjects received colposcopy combined examination of lower cervical biopsy to analyze the diagnosis and screening situation.Results Among all the subjects examined,56 subjects were HPV positive,9 were HPV16,3 were HPV18,26 were other high-risk types,and low-risk infections were 18 cases.Conclusion For the clinical examination of precancerous lesions of the cervix,it is better for the subjects to undergo colposcopy cervical biopsy after HPV-DNA typing and TCT.This method is worthy of application.
