高血压脑出血神经内镜微创手术与开颅血肿清除术的临床比较分析

摘　　要：目的比较分析高血压脑出血神经内镜微创手术与开颅血肿清除术的临床效果。方法该次研究对象为方便选取2018年10月—2019年6月间收治的高血压脑出血患者,共计68例,以随机数字表法为分组原则对其进行分组,分别是参照组34例(予其神经内镜微创手术治疗)和研究组34例(予其开颅血肿清除术治疗),比较两组患者临床效果。结果比较两组患者出血量以及手术时间,在研究组中的患者平均出血量较参照组更少(t=14.847,P=0.001),同时花费的手术时间更短(t=22.328,P=0.001);比较两组患者术后神经功能情况,研究组患者恢复情况较参照组更好,其中术后恢复到Ⅴ级的为12(35.29%),而参照组只有4(11.76%)(Z=6.231,P=0.022)。结论在医治高血压脑出血患者过程中,使用神经内镜微创手术,可缩减手术操作时间、降低出血量,有效改善治疗效果。Objective To compare the clinical effects of neuroendoscopic minimally invasive surgery for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and craniotomy for hematoma removal.Methods The subjects of this study convenient selected all patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage from October 2018 to June 2019,a total of 68 cases.They were grouped according to the random number table method.Respectively,34 cases in the reference group(treated by neuroendoscopic minimally invasive surgery)and 34 cases in the study group(treated by their craniotomy hematoma removal),the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared the blood loss and operation time of the two groups of patients,the average blood loss of the patients in the study group was less than that of the reference group(t=14.847,P=0.001),and the operation time was shorter(t=22.328,P=0.001);Comparing the postoperative neurological function of the two groups of patients,the recovery of patients in the study group was better than that of the reference group.Among them,12(35.29%)recovered to grade V after surgery,while only 4(11.76%)in the reference group(Z=6.231,P=0.022).Conclusion In the process of treating patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,the use of neuroendoscope minimally invasive surgery can shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding,and effectively improve the treatment effect.
