摘　　要：目的分析经胸腔镜微创外科手术治疗原发性纵隔肿瘤的临床疗效、并发症和对生活质量的影响。方法选择2017年5月—2019年5月本院收治的原发性纵隔肿瘤患者88例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组44例使用传统开胸手术治疗,研究组44例使用经胸腔镜微创外科手术治疗,对比两组临床疗效、并发症与生活质量。结果研究组手术时间、出血量、切口长度、住院及引流时间均比对照组少(P<0.05);研究组饮水呛咳、轻微声嘶等发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量(80.26±16.94)分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用经胸腔镜微创外科手术治疗原发性纵隔肿瘤患者,能缩短患者手术时间及住院时间,减少出血量,降低并发症发生率,还能有效提高其生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive surgical treatment of primary mediastinal tumors by thoracoscopy,and its effect on the complications and the quality of life.Methods 88 patients with primary mediastinal tumors who had received treatment in the hospital between May 2017 and May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group was treated with traditional thoracotomy and the study group was treated with classic thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery.The clinical efficacy,complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The operation duration,bleeding volume,incision length,length of hospital stay and drainage time in the study group were shown to be less or shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of coughing when drinking water and slight hoarseness were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the study group scored(80.26±16.94)points,higher than the score in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with primary mediastinal tumors,thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery can help shorten the surgery duration and the length of hospital stay,reduce the volume of bleeding and the incidence of complications,and at the same time improve the patients’life quality.
