摘　　要：目的文章主要评估胫骨远端骨折患者在术后康复期间应用功能鞋和十一方药酒对疗效产生的影响。方法研究对象为医院2017年10月—2019年10月期间收治的胫骨远端骨折患者(100例),临床按照随机原则对研究进行分组纳入,对照组一(25例)在进行治疗康复期间施予其自己功能锻炼联合药酒按摩,对照组二(25例)在进行治疗康复期间施予其自己功能锻炼联合徒手按摩,对照组三(25例)在进行治疗康复期间施予其功能锻炼鞋联合徒手按摩,试验组(25例)在进行治疗期间施予其功能鞋联合十一方药酒治疗,对试验组、对照组一、对照组二、对照组三取得的治疗效果展开组间的分析和对比。结果在疗效对比之中,试验组经联合治疗之后其治疗优良率比对照组一、对照组二、对照组三高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论和患者接受对照组应用的康复训练进行比较,功能鞋与十一方药酒应用在胫骨远端骨折患者的术后康复治疗中可保障其疗效进一步提升,可进一步改善其症状。Objective To evaluate the effect of functional shoes and traditional Chinese medicine wine on patients with distal tibial fracture after operation.Methods A total of 100 patients with distal tibial fractures admitted from October 2017 to October 2019 were included in the study according to the random principle The control group 1(25 cases)was given its own function exercise+medicated wine massage during treatment and rehabilitation,the control group 2(25 cases)was given its own function exercise and free hand massage during treatment and rehabilitation The control group(25 cases)was treated with functional training shoes and free hand massage,and the experimental group(25 cases)was treated with functional shoes and Chinese medicine wine Analysis and comparison of the therapeutic effect achieved in experimental group,control groupⅠ,control groupⅡand control groupⅢwere carried out among the groups.Results In the comparison of curative effects,the excellent and good rate of treatment in the experimental group after combined treatment was higher than that of the control group 1,the control group 2,and the control group 3.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the patients who received rehabilitation training in the control group,the application of functional shoes and Chinese herbal medicine wine in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with distal tibial fracture after surgery can ensure its curative effect to improve further,and can further improve its symptoms.
