浅述李中梓“治泻九法”在化疗相关性腹泻中的应用

摘　　要：化疗相关性腹泻(chemotherapy induced diarrhea,CID)作为化疗中常见的不良反应之一,严重影响了肿瘤患者的生活质量和治疗进程。现代医学对其多以对症治疗为主,疗效欠佳。中医认为CID属于“泄泻”范畴,而李中梓的“治泻九法”对于泄泻的治疗具有指导性意义。本文从“治泻九法”的内容出发,分析“治泻九法”如何在CID中应用,希冀能为CID的中医辨证治疗提供更多诊疗思路。As one of commonly-seen side effects of chemotherapy,chemotherapy induced diarrhea(CID)has seriously influenced the life quality and treatment progress of the patients.In the field of modern medicine,CID was usually treated with symptomatic treatment,but the therapeutic effect was not satisfactory.In the field of traditional Chinese medicine,CID was classified into the category of diarrhea,which can be treated according to the thoughts of homotherapy for heteropathy.The nine therapies for diarrhea established by LI Zhong-zi have guiding significance for the treatment of diarrhea.In this paper,we gave a brief introduction of nine therapies for diarrhea as well as their application in treating CID,so as to supply thoughts for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of CID in the clinic.
