小半夏汤联合耳穴压豆治疗化疗后顽固性呃逆的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察小半夏汤联合耳穴压豆治疗化疗后顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法纳入60例化疗后出现顽固性呃逆的恶性肿瘤患者,根据患者意愿分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组予小半夏汤口服,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合耳穴压豆进行治疗,观察比较两组的呃逆症状积分、治疗有效率及起效时间。结果治疗7天后,治疗组呃逆症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率96.67%,治愈率53.33%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组起效时间区间比较,治疗组起效时间多在1至3天,对照组起效时间多为3天以上,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小半夏汤联合耳穴压豆能有效缓解化疗后呃逆症状,较单用小半夏汤疗效更佳。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiao Banxia Decoction combined with and auricular point seed-pressing therapy for the treatment of intractable hiccup after chemotherapy.Methods Sixty cancer patients with intractable hiccup after chemotherapy were collected and were divided into treatment group and control group according to their intention to treat,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given oral use of Xiao Banxia Decoction,and the treatment group was given oral use of Xiao Banxia Decoction combined with and auricular point seed-pressing therapy.Hiccup symptom scores,effective rate and time for starting an effect in the two groups were observed.Results After 7 days of treatment,hiccup symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%and the cure rate was 53.33%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The difference of time for starting an effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao Banxia Decoction combined with auricular point seed-pressing therapy is effective for the treatment of intractable hiccup after chemotherapy by effectively relieve hiccup symptom after chemotherapy,which is expected to expand its clinical application.
