基于中医传承辅助平台分析欧阳郴生教授治疗乳腺癌用药规律

摘　　要：目的基于中医传承辅助平台进行数据挖掘,探讨深圳市名中医欧阳郴生教授治疗乳腺癌的中医辨治思路及用药规律。方法收集2014年10月至2019年3月间欧阳郴生教授诊治的乳腺癌门诊病例资料,利用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)进行数据挖掘,分析用药规律及特点。结果通过统计分析得出高频中药、高频药对组合及关联规则,常用中药为白芍、甘草片、柴胡、白术、茯苓、郁金,30味高频中药主要归肝经、脾经,肝郁相关证型占比最高,挖掘出12个药物核心组合和6个新方,方剂为“丹栀逍遥散”、“柴胡疏肝散”、“左金丸”、“补中益气汤”、“杞菊地黄丸”等加减,适用于不同证型。新方1、4、6包含其组方常用药对及组合,且关联系数高,主要功效为疏肝健脾、调和气机。结论采用数据挖掘方法,分析欧阳郴生教授辨治乳腺癌规律,客观反映出其学术观点,乳腺癌与肝、脾两脏关系密切,肝脾失和、气机升降失常为发病之本,疏肝健脾、调和气机为主要治则。Objective Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,we explored the diagnostic and treatment patterns of Professor OUYANG Chen-sheng for the treatment of breast cancer with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods Clinical data of the breast cancer outpatients treated by Professor OUYANG Chen-sheng from October 2014 to March 2019 were collected.And then the A prescription and medication rules were mined by using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5).Results The commonly-used herbs for treatment of breast cancer by Professor OUYANG Chen-sheng were Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Bupleuri,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Poria,and Radix Curcumae.The 30 frequently-used herbs had the meridian tropism of liver meridian and spleen meridian.The syndrome types associated with liver stagnation had the higher percentages.A total of 12 core herbal combinations and 6 new candidate recipes were obtained.The obtained candidate recipes were the modified prescriptions of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder,Chaihu Shugan Powder,Zuojin Pills,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Qiju Dihuang Pills,and can be used for the treatment of various syndrome types.The new recipes 1,4,and 6 contained the common herbal pairs and combinations,having the high association coefficient and having the main actions of soothing liver and invigorating spleen,regulating qi movement. Conclusion The data mining results objectively reflect the academic views of thediagnostic and treatment patterns of Professor OUYANG Chen-sheng for the treatment of breast cancer with TCM.The pathogenesis of breast cancer is closely related to liver and spleen. Disharmony between liver and spleen,ascending and descending disorder of qi contribute to the primary pathogenesis of breast cancer. Therefore, thetherapeutic principle is to sooth liver,invigorate spleen,and regulate qi movement.
