摘  要:采用熔融共混法制备了不同含量纳米铜粉改性聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)抗菌复合材料。通过毛细管流变、差示扫描量热、热重、扫描电子显微镜等测试手段对复合材料的流变性能、热性能以及纳米铜粉的分散性进行了研究。结果表明,在相同剪切条件下复合材料熔体表观黏度随着纳米铜粉含量增加而降低;纳米铜粉具有异相成核作用,可提高PBT的初始结晶温度;纳米铜粉含量增大,热失重5%温度降低;纳米铜粉在PBT基体中分散比较均匀。采用PBT/纳米铜粉抗菌复合材料与聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯熔融共混纺丝,可纺性优良,当纳米铜粉质量分数为0.5%时,制备的纤维抗菌率大于99%,断裂强度为3.15 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为28.9%。Nano-copper powder modified polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)antibacterial composites with different nano-copper contents were prepared by melt blending.The rheological behavior,thermal property and nano-copper dispersion of the composite were investigated by means of capillary rheometer,DSC,TG,SEM.The results show that apparent viscosity of the composite decreases with the increasing of nano-copper content at the same shear rate.Nano-copper actually plays a function of heterogeneous nucleation agent,which in turn makes the initial crystallization temperature of the composite rises.The temperature of 5%mass loss decreases with the increasing of nano-copper content.The dispersion of nano-copper in PBT matrix is comparatively homogeneous.PBT/nano-copper antibacterial composite was blended with polyethylene terephthalate for melt spinning and the spinnability of PBT antibacterial composites was well.The antibacterial rate of the prepared fiber with 0.5wt%nano-copper is more than 99%and its fracture strength and elongation at break are 3.15 cN/dtex and 28.9%respectively.
