摘 要:以γ-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(A0800)、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯(UP311)、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯(NDZ101)、异丙基二油酸酰氧基铝酸酯(DL411)、硬脂酸(HSt)六种偶联剂处理后的艾纳香中药废渣(BBCMR)作为填料,废旧聚乙烯(WPE)为基体树脂,采用螺杆挤出造粒与注塑制备WPE/BBCMR复合材料。研究了不同偶联剂改性后的BBCMR对WPE/BBCMR复合材料力学性能、吸水率、微观形貌的影响,在此基础上选择改性效果最佳的偶联剂,研究了其用量对WPE/BBCMR复合材料性能及微观形貌的影响。结果表明,偶联剂A0800对BBCMR的改性效果优于其它偶联剂,当A0800偶联剂用量为BBCMR质量的2%时,WPE/BBCMR复合材料的综合性能最佳,微观结构显示A0800改性的BBCMR与WPE共混效果好,界面相容性优异。The waste polyethylene(WPE)/blumea balsamifera Chinese medicine residue(BBCMR)composites were prepared by screw extrusion granulation and injection molding,with BBCMR treated with six kinds of coupling agents as filler[the coupling agents includingγ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane(A0800),γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550),bis(dioctyloxypyrophosphate)ethylene titanate(UP311),isopropyl Dioleic acid acyloxy(dioctyl phosphate acyloxy)titanate(NDZ101),isopropyl dioleic acyloxy aluminate(DL411)and stearic acid(HSt)],waste polyethylene(WPE)as the matrix resin.The effects of different coupling agent modified BBCMR on mechanical properties,water absorption and micro morphology of WPE/BBCMR composites were studied,and the effects of content of the coupling agent with the best modification effect on the properties and micro morphology of WPE/BBCMR composites were also studied.The results show that the modification effect of coupling agent A0800 on BBCMR is better than those of other coupling agents,when the content of coupling agent A0800 is 2%of BBCMR mass,WPE/A0800–BBCMR composite has the best general properties.The microstructure shows that the blending effect of A0800–BBCMR and WPE is good and the interfacial compatibility is excellent.
