摘 要:塑料零件之间受到挤压摩擦产生滑动时,易发生粘滑现象从而产生异响,但针对塑料材料降噪性能的评价,行业内仍然没有统一的测试方法和标准。针对上述情况,通过设计合适的工装结构模拟塑料之间的粘滑现象进行摩擦异响试验,通过试验获得的人耳响度值和震动加速度大小表征塑料材料产生噪音倾向的大小。测试结果表明,设计的试验能够很好地区分普通材料和降噪材料,并且具有可重复性;显微形貌观察说明该试验成功地模拟了塑料材料的粘滑现象;根据德国汽车工业协会制定的材料粘滑性能评价方法对普通材料和降噪材料进行测试,结果表明摩擦异响试验结果与材料粘滑性能测试的评价结果一致,说明此试验方法对材料降噪性能的评价具有可靠性。When sliding occurs between plastic parts due to the squeezing and friction,the stick-slip phenomenon appears easily for producing uncomfortable noise,but there is still no unified test method and standard for the characterization method on the noise reduction property of plastic materials.In view of the above situation,appropriate tooling structure was designed for simulating the stick-slip phenomenon between plastics to make the friction abnormal sound test,and the loudness value and vibration acceleration value gained from the test were used to characterize the noise generation risk of plastics.The test results show that the designed test can distinguish the ordinary materials from the noise reduction materials.The observation of microscopic morphology indicates that the test successfully simulates the stick-slip phenomenon of plastic materials.According to the evaluation method of material stick-slip performance developed by German association of automobile manufacturers,the tests of ordinary materials and noise reduction materials were done.It show that the designed friction abnormal sound test results are consistent with the evaluation results of material stick-slip performance test,indicating that the evaluation of the material noise reduction property by using the designed friction abnormal sound test is reliable.
