摘  要:为优化多夹砂层玻璃钢夹砂管涵结构型式和厚度,基于管涵平行板外载环刚度试验,考虑复合材料的各向异性建立了多层玻璃钢夹砂管涵结构的环刚度有限元模型,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,进而运用有限元模型变动参数分析夹砂层厚度、层数以及缠绕层增厚层位对管涵环刚度值的影响规律。结果表明,单层夹砂层的厚度由8 mm增厚至14 mm,管涵的环刚度显著提高,单层厚度12 mm以上影响环刚度值的程度更明显,三层夹砂层结构管涵的每层夹砂层厚度建议值为12~14 mm;夹砂层层数对管涵环刚度值的影响较小,尤其是较小厚度时三层和两层夹砂层管涵结构的环刚度值近似相等;不同层位缠绕层厚度对环刚度大小的影响显著,尤其是最内和最外缠绕层厚度对环刚度值的贡献更大,在对多缠绕层的玻璃钢夹砂管涵结构进行优化设计时,宜优先增厚最内和最外缠绕层的厚度。In order to optimize the structure type and thickness of glass fiber reinforced plastic mortar(GRPM)pipe culvert with multiple sand layers,based on the ring stiffness test with pipe culvert parallel plate external loading,considering the anisotropy of composites,a finite element model of ring stiffness of multi-layer GRPM pipe culvert structure was established,the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results.Then,the influence of the thickness of sand layer,the number of sand layers and the thickness of winding layer on the ring stiffness of the pipe culvert was analyzed by using the variable parameters of finite element model.The results show that the thickness of sand single-layer is increased from 8 mm to 14 mm,and the ring stiffness of the pipe culvert is significantly increased.The thickness of sand single-layer above 12 mm affects ring stiffness value obviously.The recommended thickness of each sand layer ranges to be 12–14 mm.The number of sand layers has little influence on the ring stiffness value of pipe culvert,especially for small thickness,the ring stiffness values of pipe culvert structure with three-layer and two-layer sand layers are approximately equal.The thickness of winding layer at different layers has significant influence on ring stiffness value,especially the thickness of the innermost or outermost winding layers contributes more to ring stiffness value.The thickness of the innermost layer and the outermost layer should be thickened preferentially when the structure design of GRPM pipe culvert with multiple winding layers is optimized.
