腹膜后寄生胎的产前产后超声诊断及预后分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹膜后寄生胎的产前产后超声图像特征,对其预后进行分析。方法:回顾分析我院产前12例疑似寄生胎病例的产前产后超声图像特征,追踪随访分析寄生胎的预后。结果:12例产前疑似寄生胎病例中包块内均可见到脊柱样回声,其中1例位于口腔内,引产;11例位于腹膜后,其中4例引产,3例失访,3例出生后手术(2例病理证实为寄生胎,1例为成熟型畸胎瘤,随访患儿无异常),1例随访中(目前无临床症状)。结论:中轴骨为寄生胎的特征性超声诊断线索,超声对寄生胎的诊断有重要价值,对产前咨询及临床预后具有重要指导意义。Objective:To explore the characteristics of ultrasound images of retroperitoneal parasitic fetus before and after delivery,and analyze the prognosis.Method:We retrospectively analyzed the ultrasound image characteristics of 12 cases of suspected parasitic fetus in our hospital before and after deliver by follow-up.Results:Spinal echo can be seen in the masses of 12 suspected parasitic fetuses before delivery.One case was in the oral cavity followed by induced labor.Eleven cases were in the retroperitoneum,including 4 cases of induced labor,3 cases of lost follow-up,3 cases of post-natal surgery(Two cases were confirmed to be parasitic fetus by pathology,one was mature teratoma.No abnormality was found in the followup),and 1 case of future follow-up(No clinical symptoms currently).Conclusion:The axial bone is the characteristic clue of ultrasound diagnosis of parasitic fetus.Ultrasound is of great value in the diagnosis of parasitic fetus,and has important guiding significance for prenatal consultation and clinical prognosis.
