摘　　要：本文分别采用烘箱法和卤素水分测定法对同一批次稻谷进行水分测定试验,研究分析了不同试验方法的测定结果,并对两种粮食水分测定方法的优缺点进行了比对,以期为粮食水分的测定提供参考和借鉴。In this paper,the rice moisture of the same rice sample was tested by the oven method and the halogen moisture tester method.The results of different detection methods were compared and analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were compared in order to provide consultation and guidance for the determination of grain moisture.
