摘 要:目的对重庆市主城片区首起家庭聚集性新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情开展流行病学调查,总结疫情特征规律。方法按COVID-19《防控方案(第二版)》要求,开展现场流行病学调查,收集病例信息、发病诊疗过程、临床表现、实验室检测、暴露史以及人群接触情况等信息,制作疫情报告诊疗经过时间轴。结果此次COVID-19疫情由输入性病例导致,共报告6例确诊病例。主要以生活方式等近距离接触方式传播,其中4例由密切接触者中筛查出。6例病例临床症状以发热、咳嗽为主;病例年龄最大70岁、最小11岁,已全部临床治愈,住院日最长39天、最短10天,平均19.3天。结论病例发现越早,越利于治疗,越利于处置疫情;密切接触者筛查可能是发现新冠病例/感染者的主要途径之一。Objective To carry out epidemiological investigation on the first family clustering of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)in the mian districts of Chongqing,and to summarize the characteristics of the law in the epidemic.Methods According to the requirements of COVID-19 Prevention and Control Plan(second edition),field epidemiological investigation was carried out to collect the basic information of cases,diagnosis and treatment process,clinical manifestations,laboratory tests,exposure history and population contact.The timeline related to the report,diagnosis and treatment process of the disease was made.Results The COVID-19 outbreak involving 6 confirmed cases was caused by imported cases.The main transmission method was via close contact,such as lifestyle.Of the 6 cases,4 were screened from close contacts.The clinical symptoms of the confirmed cases were mainly fever and cough.The oldest case was 70 years old,and the youngest case was 11 years old.All cases were clinically cured.The longest length of hospitalization was up to 39 days,while the shortest length was 10 days,with an average of 19.3 days.Conclusion The earlier the case is discovered,the better the treatment effects will be,and the easier the disposal of the epidemic will be.Close contact screening may be one of the main ways to discover COVID-19 cases/infected person.
