摘  要:针对目前配电系统中分布式电源出力以及负载波动的不确定性所导致的电压稳定性问题,综合考虑寻找电压薄弱点、系统无功规划和分布式电源无功控制3种方法,对主动配电网进行日前无功优化调度研究。首先利用一种电压稳定性指标判定包含分布式电源的主动配电网的电压稳定性,并找出系统中的电压薄弱点;接着采用无功规划技术,在电压薄弱点处加入电容器组、静止无功补偿器(SVC)等装置;然后构建了包含DG、SVC和电容器组协调控制的主动配电网日前无功优化调度模型,并利用一种惯性权重系数和学习因子随迭代次数动态变化的改进粒子群算法进行求解;最后在修改后的IEEE33节点配电网测试系统中进行研究,结果验证了文中所提模型和求解算法的真实有效,在提升配网电能质量的同时可以达到节能降损的目的。Aiming at the voltage instability caused by distributed generation resources(DGRs)output in the current distribution system and the uncertainty of load fluctuation,the writer considers three kinds of methods comprehensively,namely,finding weak voltage points,reactive power planning and reactive power control of distributed power supply,to research optimal reactive power dispatch of active distribution network(ADN).Firstly,the voltage stabilization standard is used to predicate the voltage stabilization of ADN including distributed power,and some weak voltage points in the system are found out.Secondly,the reactive power planning technology is used to add capacitor bank and static var compensator(SVC)at the weak point of voltage;and then,the writer builds a reactive power optimization dispatching model of ADN,comprising the coordinated control of DG,SVC and capacitor bank.The model can be solved by utilizing improved particle swarm algorithm with inertial weight coefficient and learning factors changing dynamically with the number of iterations.Finally,the research is carried out in the revised IEEE33 node distributed power system.It turns out that the control strategy and solution proposed in the paper are effective,and the purpose of energy conservation and loss decreasing can be achieved while enhancing the energy quality of distribution network.
