摘　　要：目的:分析CT三维重建血管成像对儿童肿瘤临床诊疗的价值。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年6月收治的50例各类肿瘤患儿为研究对象,分别为患儿进行超声检查和CT三维重建血管成像检查,对比两种不同诊断方式效果。结果:CT诊断时各种疾病诊断符合率高于超声诊断符合率。结论:为儿童肿瘤进行CT三维重建血管成像诊断时可清晰和直观显示肿瘤血管立体解剖图像,对手术方案制定有重要指导价值。Objective:To analyze the value of CT 3D reconstruction angiography in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of children’s tumors.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2019,50 children with various types of tumors were selected as the study objects.Ultrasound and CT three-dimensional reconstruction angiography were performed for the children,and the results of two different diagnostic methods were compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of CT was higher than that of ultrasound.Conclusion:3D CT reconstruction angiography for children’s tumor can clearly and intuitively display the three-dimensional anatomical image of tumor blood vessels,which has important guiding value for the formulation of operation plan.
