颅内压监护仪在高血压脑出血治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨颅内压监护仪在高血压脑出血治疗中的临床应用效果。方法:研究对象为2017年7月~2019年7月本院收治的94例高血压脑出血患者,基于在治疗中是否应用颅内压监护仪将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者应用常规监护和治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上应用颅内压监护仪进行监护治疗,观察两组患者的治疗有效率、并发症发生率以及甘露醇使用量。结果:观察组患者的总治疗有效率为95.74%,显著高于对照组患者的90.85%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总并发症发生率为12.77%,显著低于对照组患者的31.91%(P<0.05)。观察组患者在治疗后第4天、第6天和第8天的甘露醇使用量分别为(68.52±15.25)g、(60.16±12.37)g和(54.08±9.62)g,均显著少于对照组患者的(81.27±16.74)g、(72.53±15.86)g和(69.49±12.04)g(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压脑出血治疗中应用颅内压监护仪有助于改善患者的治疗效果,降低甘露醇的使用量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of intracranial pressure monitor in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:94 patients with hypertension and haemorrhage who were admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were divided into study group and control group based on whether intracranial pressure monitor was used in the treatment.Patients in the control group were treated with routine monitoring and treatment.Patients in the study group were treated with intracranial pressure monitor on the basis of the control group.The effective rate,complication rate and mannitol dosage were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.74%,significantly higher than 90.85%of the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was 12.77%,significantly lower than 31.91%of the control group(P<0.05).The dosage of mannitol in the study group was(68.52±15.25)g,(60.16±12.37)g and(54.08±9.62)g respectively on the 4th,6th and 8th day after treatment,significantly lower than that in the control group(81.27±16.74)g,(72.53±15.86)g and(69.49±12.04)g(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intracranial pressure monitor in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is helpful to improve the treatment effect and reduce the use of mannitol.
