摘　　要：目的:探讨双腔洗胃管在中毒患者洗胃治疗中的临床价值。方法:搜集2014年3月~2019年5月在本院急诊科收治的113例中毒洗胃患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析,并依据洗胃方式分为双腔组:63例应用双腔洗胃管洗胃治疗患者。单腔组:50例应用单腔洗胃管治疗的患者,对比两组患者洗胃时间、洗胃液量、抢救成功率等指标,评价临床效果。结果:观察组患者洗胃时间、洗胃液量均显著低于对照组患者,观察组患者抢救成功率88.9%(56/63)显著高于对照组患者72.0%(36/50),P<0.05。结论:双腔洗胃管较单腔洗胃管在急性中毒患者洗胃过程中可显著缩短洗胃时间,减少洗胃液体量,提高救治成功率。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of double-cavity gastric lavage tube in gastric lavage treatment for patients with poisoning.Methods:From March 2014 to May 2019,the medical records of 113 patients with toxic gastric lavage were collected for retrospective analysis in the emergency department of our hospital.According to the gastric lavage method,they were divided into the double-cavity group:63 patients were treated with double-cavity gastric lavage tube.Single cavity group:50 patients were treated with single cavity gastric lavage tube.The indexes of lavage time,gastric lavage juice volume and rescue success rate were compared between the two groups and the clinical effect evaluated.Results:The gastric lavage time and gastric juice volume of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the rescue success rate in the observation group 88.9%(56/63)was higher than that in the control group 72.0%(36/50),P<0.05.Conclusion:When compares with single cavity gastric lavage tube,double-cavity gastric lavage tube can significantly shorten the lavage time,reduce the volume of gastric lavage and improve the success rate of treatment in the process of acute poisoning patients.
