摘　　要：目的:观察同种方法下,两种仪器测定FDP的实际差异。方法:选择2019年1月~2019年11月本院收治的需行FDP测定的68例患者,采用全自动生化分析仪与全自动血凝分析仪,对其进行FDP测定,并对比检测结果。结果:两种仪器检测结果的对比数据显示,组间差异具有统计学意义。结论:经配对校验,两种测定仪器的结果相符合,能够相互对比。Objective:To observe the difference between two instruments in FDP determination by the same method.Methods:68 patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to November 2019 who needed FDP measurement were selected for FDP measurement using automatic biochemical analyzer and automatic blood coagulation analyzer,and the test results were compared.Results:The results of the two instruments showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:The results of the two instruments are consistent and can be compared with each other.
