翻转课堂在医学生物化学实验教学中的应用与探索

摘　　要：目的探索翻转课堂在医学生物化学实验教学中的应用效果。方法选取2015和2016级临床医学专业145名同学为研究对象开展翻转课堂教学,用自我导向学习评定量表和问卷调查表分析教学效果。结果与翻转课堂教学前比较,学生的学习意识、学习行为、学习策略、学习评价和人际关系技能等各维度评分及总评分升高(P<0.05)。学生自学能力、操作水平和创新能力不断提高,并且对翻转课堂的认可度较高。结论合理有效地实施翻转课堂有助于提升生物化学实验的教学效果。Objective To apply and to evaluate the flipped classroom on experiment course of medical biochemistry.Methods Totally 145 medical students of Grade 2015 and 2016 were enrolled to implement the flipped classroom teaching,Self-Rating Scale of Self-Directed Learning(SRSSDL)and questionnaire survey table were used to analyze the teaching effect.Results Compared with the results of former flipped classroom teaching,the scores learning awareness,learning performance,learning strategies,evaluation and communication skills increased significantly(P<0.05).The self-learning capacity,operation level and innovation capacity also increased.Students have high recognition of flipped classroom.Conclusions It is benefit to improve teaching effect of biochemistry experiment owing to apply flipped classroom correctly and effectively.
