摘　　要：随着城市化进程加速,城市规模日益扩张,城市管理的复杂性以及突发应急事件的发生概率也与日俱增,对城市管理和公共安全提出了更高的要求。为满足公共安全部门日常事务、重大活动安保的统一指挥及协调调度的需求,阐述关于采用公专互补、宽窄融合、固移结合多维组网形态的融合通信平台研发及设计,充分利用现有视频信息应用平台、350MPDT窄带数字集群系统及1.4 GHz宽带数字集群系统等多种技术手段,增强通信能力,实现全面的通信互联。As the process of urbanization accelerates,the scale of cities continues to expand,and the complexity of urban management and the probability of emergencies also increase day by day,the requirements of urban management and public safety is higher and higher.In order to meet the needs of public security department's daily affairs,the unified command and coordinated scheduling of major events security,the development and design of a converged communication platform is described,which adopts the"public and private complementarity,wide and narrow integration,and fixed-mobile combination"multi-dimensional networking form.This platform makes full use of existing video information application platform,350M PDT narrow-band digital trunking system,1.4 GHz broadband digital trunking system and other technical means to enhance communication capabilities and achieve comprehensive communication and interconnection.
