摘  要:针对针刺地毯的滑移问题及环保问题,将热塑性弹性体(TPE)粒子通过热熔淋膜法施加于针刺地毯坯布背面。着重介绍生产过程中TPE粒子干燥、挤压熔融、淋膜上胶等关键性技术与工艺。针刺地毯坯布经过淋膜上胶后,坯布背面形成一层TPE自黏膜,因此地毯的表面美观,弹性好,止滑性能优异,断裂强力和顶破强力明显增加,且符合环保生态要求。In terms of the slippage and environmental problems of needle-punched carpets,the thermoplastic elastomer(TPE)particles were applied to the back surface of the grey cloth of needle-punched carpet by means of hot melting and laminating.The key technologies and processes of TPE particle drying,extrusion melting,laminating and gumming during the production process were emphatically introduced.A TPE self-adhesive film formed on the back surface of the gray cloth of needle-punched carpet after laminating and gumming.Therefore,the carpet had good looking surface,fine elasticity and excellent slip resistance.And the breaking strength and bursting strength of carpet significantly increased,which met the requirements of enviroment protection and ecology.
