增强体含量及结构对牙科用纤维桩弯曲性能的影响

摘  要:普通玻璃纤维桩与牙齿根管的密合度差,切削纤维桩时易产生毛刺。为改善纤维桩的加工性,设计了一种以玻璃纤维编织物为增强体的多向纤维桩,同时制备以玻璃纤维粗纱为增强体的单向纤维桩作为对照,并对纤维桩的弯曲性能进行测试,试验结果和统计分析结果表明随着玻璃纤维体积含量的增加,两种纤维桩的弯曲弹性模量和弯曲强度均逐渐上升;玻璃纤维体积含量较低时,单向纤维桩的弯曲性能优于多向纤维桩,但当纤维体积含量增加到62%时,增强体结构对纤维桩的弯曲弹性模量和弯曲强度没有显著影响。The closeness of ordinary glass fiber post to root canal of teeth was poor,which was easy to produce burrs when the fiber post was cut.In order to improve the processability of fiber post,one kind of multidirectional fiber post reinforced by glass fiber braided fabric was designed.Meanwhile,the unidirectional fiber post reinforced by glass fiber roving was prepared to be used as a contrast.The bending performance of the fiber posts was tested.Experimental results and statistical analysis results showed that both the bending elastic modulus and bending strength of two kinds of fiber posts gradually increased with the increase of fiber volume content.The bending performance of unidirectional fiber post was better than that of the multidirectional fiber post when the fiber volume content was lower.But when the fiber content increased to 62%,the reinforcement structure had no significant effects on the bending elastic modulus and bending strength of the fiber posts.
