摘　　要：设计开发了一种新型纳米纤维膜制备装置,主要包括升降杆、渐扩管、纺丝盘和机架等组成。该装置可有效地缓解目前静电纺丝装置对电源与气流的要求都较高的问题,并且能够适合多种高分子材料的静电纺丝加工。与现有的静电纺丝装置相比,该装置具有高效、安全系数高、结构简单等优势,可用于开发多功能纳米纤维或纳米纤维膜。A new type of nanofiber membrane preparation device was designed and developed,which mainly consisted of lifting rod,asymptotic pipe,spinning disk and frame,etc.This device could effectively alleviate the problem that the current electrospinning devices had high requirements on power supply and airflow,and the device was suitable for the electrospinning of a variety of polymer materials.Compared with the current electrospinning devices,this device had the advantages of high efficiency,high safety factor and simple structure,so it could be used for developing multifunctional nanofiber or nanofiber membrane.
