摘 要:以长柄扁桃抗旱性较强的榆林榆阳种源和抗旱性较弱的河北丰宁种源所育1 a生幼苗为材料,研究了干旱胁迫条件下长柄扁桃两个种源的生理生化指标变化。结果显示随干旱胁迫增强,两个种源长柄扁桃叶片相对含水量(LRWC)、质膜透性(RPMP)和可溶性蛋白(SP)呈负相关,均成下降趋势,并且抗旱性较弱的河北丰宁长柄扁桃比榆林榆阳长柄扁桃的变化幅度大;丙二醛(MDA)含量、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性,随着干旱胁迫时间的延长而显著增加,干旱胁迫到40 d后,有明显的下降趋势;耐旱较强的榆林榆阳种源长柄扁桃活性值或含量比河北丰宁种源高。With 1 a seedlings of Amygdalus pedunculata from Yulin provenance which performs well in stress resistance and provenance from Hebei as study materials,the physiological indicators were analyzed.The results showed that under drought stress,relative water content(LRWC),membrane permeability(RPMP)and soluble protein(SP)were negatively correlated in malondialdehyde(MDA)content in leaves of A.pedunculata,free proline(Pro)content,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)activity increased significantly with the extension of drought stress time.After drought stress for 40 d,there was a significant downward trend;the activity value or content of A.pedunculata in Yuyang provenance with strong drought tolerance was higher than that in Fengning provenance of Hebei province.
