陕北长柄扁桃产业发展浅析

摘　　要：长柄扁桃(Amygdalus pedunculata)是陕北乡土生态经济型灌木。本文分析了长柄扁桃油在高级食用油、生物质能源等方面的开发利用价值以及产业发展现状,认为长柄扁桃作为陕北地区防风固沙先锋树种具有良好的生态和经济利用价值,市场开发前景广阔;陕北长柄扁桃产业发展应在优良新品种选育、产业服务体系建设和投资模式、人才引进和培养等方面采取优化措施。Amygdalus pedunculata is a native shrub to northern Shaanxi,which is of high ecological,economic and medicinal value.In this paper,the industrial development of Amygdalus pedunculata was analyzed and discussed from the perspective of its development and utilization value.It is considered that Amygdalus pedunculata can be used as a pioneer tree species for wind break and sand fixation,and its oil can be effectively developed as high-grade edible oil and biomass energy.The Industrial development of Amygdalus pedunculata in northern Shaanxi depends on the optimization measures for new variety breeding,service system establishment,industrialization mode,talent introduction and training.
