摘 要:为研究目前公路设计规范及标准中建筑限界净空高度对大型货物运输的适应性,分别对低平板半挂车在下穿现状道路、下穿铁路道路以及隧道中通过性进行了研究,发现道路净空高度与其上方障碍物对道路的纵向覆盖长度有重要关系.针对车辆在最不利道路线形条件下的通过性几何关系,给出了低平板半挂车在下穿现状路道路、下穿铁路道路以及隧道中通过所需道路净空高度的计算方法,并针对道路净空高度满足规范限定的建筑限界的情况,给出了低平板挂车运输货物高度最大值的计算方法,可为大型货物运输道路的设计以及大型货物运输车辆通过性验算提供参考.With the rapid development of China s science and technology and economy,the demand of transporting large domestic industrial and civilian equipment has increased rapidly.In order to study the adaptability of the building clearance height in the current highway design codes and standards to the large cargo transportation,the trafficability of low-flat semi-trailers on the highways under existing highways,under railways and in the tunnels have been studied.It is found that the highway vertical clearance has an important relationship with the vertical coverage length of the highway above the obstacles.Aiming at the geometric relationship of low-flat semi-trailers under the most unfavorable highway alignment conditions,this paper has proposed a calculation method of the highway clearances required for the low-flat semi-trailers to pass through the highways under existing highways,under railways and in the tunnels.For the case where the highway vertical clearance only meets the building-bound space limits defined by the code,this paper has proposed a calculation method for the maximum height of large cargoes transported by low-flat semi-trailers.The results can provide a reference for the design of large cargo transportation highways and the passability calculation of large cargo transportation vehicles.
