摘  要:根据Marx发生器内部过压产生相关回路的参数及其组合,并结合实际发生器线路连接结构,建立了7种具有代表性的Marx发生器内部过压分析电路模型,将带有导通时延与抖动信息的开关子电路代入该模型,遵循第一级开关外触导通,后续开关内部过压耦合导通的原则,对Marx发生器建立过程进行了电路模拟,得到不同过压耦合模式下发生器建立时延及抖动的发展与分布趋势。结果表明:对地杂散电容起作用的耦合模式下,Marx发生器内部开关可保持从接地端到输出端逐级顺序击穿,整机建立时延与抖动的分布基本上不受负载影响;级间杂散电容C c和跨接电阻R起作用的耦合模式下,Marx内部开关击穿顺序、整机建立时延与抖动的分布均受发生器末端负载影响。According to the related circuit parameters and their combinations due to the over-voltage in the Marx generator and the different connection structures of the actual Marx generator,seven typical over-voltage analysis circuit models of Marx generator are established.The switching sub-circuit with access time delay and jitter information is substituted into this model.In accordance with the principle of over-voltage coupling on the first-stage switch and the following-stage switch,the circuit simulation is carried out to obtain the development and distribution trend of time delay and jitter of the generator under different over-voltage coupling modes.The results show that,in the coupling mode of the stray capacitance,the internal switch of the Marx generator keeps the sequence breakdown from the ground end to the output end,and the distribution of time delay and jitter is not affected by the load.In the coupled mode of the inter-stage stray capacitor C c and the cross resistance R,the breakdown sequence of the Marx internal switch and the distribution of time delay and jitter are all affected by the load at the end of the generator.
